Village Services | Planning Department

The Planning Department consists of the Planning & Development Administrator, Senior Planner, Planning Technician, Planning / GIS Technician and secretary.   The Department handles various inquiries concerning zoning, land use and development.   The Planning Staff processes various applications and write reports to the Plan Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals and Village Board.   The Department is also responsible for long-term studies (Comprehensive Plan) and reports.
